We stayed at the villa for a week in July! It was one of our best Airbnb experiences ! The host was so helpful and thoughtful !! The villa is exactly as described in the photos . The rooms are spacious and fully air conditioned! . The large pool is perfect situated in front of the house where I could chill while my son was playing ! We would love to come back!

We had an amazing time at Villa Xenia. Dimitris and Anna were so welcoming and helpful. They made our stay wonderful. The owner Giorgios was also very welcoming and caring. The villa is clean, spacious, equipped with everything. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the pool area. Strongly recommend

Villa Xenia was exactly what my group of 5 adults was expecting and hoping for. This Villa provides all you need including 3 private rooms with King size (not double) beds and accompanying bathrooms, ocean and sunset views, and gracious hosts and onsite caretakers (thank you for everything Demetri and Anna!). My group visited at the very end of summer, so we experienced some colder windy days and couldn't use the unheated pool much of the time, but we still really loved our stay. We visited and ate at a new restaurant in each major town on the island and I couldn't pick a favorite, they were all so delicious. Paros and Noussa are perfect for wandering through pristine white alleys and shops. And I highly recommend the very quick (<15 min) ferry ride to Antiparos - easily visit 2 Greek islands in one vacation!

Villa Xenia is a lovely home with a great view and amazing caretakers. We used a taxi to get to other parts of the island but there was a bus stop close by. Dimitris and Anna who live in an adjoining house answered all our questions, brought food every morning and were delightful. The house is impeccably clean, the pool is lovely and the kitchen has everything you need. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with fruit and herbs we could eat. Loved it!

Un grand moment de plaisir passé a la villa Xenia. Une très belle propriété au jardin fruitier et à la piscine très agréable. Nous avons passé un séjour très sympathique et avons beaucoup apprécié la gentille et les petites intentions d’Anna et Dimitri, nos hôtes. La villa correspondait pleinement à nos attentes et aux photos décrites. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et sa vue sur mer. Encore un grand merci à Anna et Dimitri. A très vite !

Un posto per la famiglia stupendo. Villa grande con grande piscina e grande giardino. Molto comodo posto e Propietario un Signore molto gentile. Molto vicino a Parikia e vicino a Aliki. Ero con mia famiglia e abbiamo deciso anche per prossimo anno da fare vacanza lo steso posto. VALUTAZIONE PER BOOKING PER ME E 10.

The house was better than was we expected. The view is beautiful, the hospitality was fantastic, we really would like to come back to Paros and to the Xenia Villa. This was unforgettable! Thanks to make such holidays happened!!

What a pleasure to stay there. Villa is beautiful and clean. Pool is wonderful and they even provided games for the villa so that we could use them. Hosts were unbelievable, they were always available, friendly, kind, helpful. They gave us snacks, food and vegetables that they grew and cooked. Was delicious. Every morning we woke up to some fresh pastries, what an added extra!! They also helped clean the villa during the week which was great. Would love to go back to Paros and if i do, would love to stay at Villa Xenia again!!
