Villa Pearl is an exquisite villa, enjoys spacious outdoors with a large infinity pool and almost 360 views to surounding valeys and hills, the picturesque Ampelas port and the Naxos harbour. Interiors are elegant with an Maroccan flair and unique pieces of craftmaship and antique pieces.
The outdoor space has a lounge area with comfortable sofas and coffee tables, a dining area and a fully equipped BBQ, including also a traditional wooden oven and bar refrigarator, ideal for food lovers that also enjoy cooking and can use herbs from the herb garden. Colombian hammocks make relaxation a serious business!
The main house is made of a ground floor, a first floor and an independed lower floor guest house.
In the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with an isle and Gaggenau appliances, a dining room with amazing views, 'hanging' over the pool, a cosy living room with a fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom. First floor is a spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom and big balcony and panoramic views.
The lower floor has a wine cellar with a wine refrigerator, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. It is ideal for being separated and at the same time at the main building. There is also an independent, atmospheric guest house with a double bedroom, comfortable living room, kitchenette and outdoor lounge under a pergola for moments of serenity and bliss.
What makes this house stand out, apart from the unique location, is that objects and decoration pieces are handpicked  from the well travelled owner. These include tiles from Morocco and Tunise, old hammam bathtubs, ironwork light fixures and mosaics from Syria, marble tables from local artizanals, iron fixtures firecrafted by  renowned greek craftsmen, and many other unique pieces that have a story to tell...
Despite these elements, the house has a minimalistic approach and relaxed atmoshere.
