Anthos Villas is a complex of three separate and autonomous homes and 1 suite. The complex is located on the west side of the island, at Agia Irini area, inside 7.5 acres fenced and tree-lined plot. Its location is ideal for large groups, weddings or events. The plot is located just 5 km from the center of Parikia and 5 km from the airport, in a dominant hillside position in the Gulf of St. Irene, only 500 meters from the beach, and has unobstructed unique view to Antiparos, Sifnos and Serifos islands, with an amazing sunset view.
It’s a fully renovated traditional building of total area 650 sqm. It consists of three independent villas fully equipped and furnished and 1 suite. The spacious and quality of the objects do not have anything to envy to a permanent residence giving you more the feeling of comfort and hospitality. External spacious dedicated spaces for each house, the patios, the exclusive access roads, and the fantastic views from all parts internally and externally, provide the possibility of a real relaxation in a safe and pleasant environment.
Villa Anthos 1 exudes traditional Cycladic architecture and offers a laid-back and serene retreat for those seeking a relaxing vacation and want to embrace the Cycladic Way of Living. Our villa boasts a private garden that spans an impressive 280 square meters, allowing 5-7 guests ample space to bask in the island’s stunning natural beauty.
Villa Anthos 1
With all the living space on the ground floor, it is perfect for families with small children or those with some mobility issues. The villa’s two spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are meticulously designed to ensure the ultimate comfort and relaxation for guests. There is also a third small bedroom with 2 built in single beds, fan only and no window. This bedroom has shared toilet, for bathroom use the one of the en suite in the other bedrooms.
The interior design features stone floors, whitewashed walls, and vintage wooden furnishings that transport guests to a bygone era. The villa’s living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the island. With large flat-screen TVs and an extensive collection of books, you can cozy up and relax in the comfort of your own private retreat. For the convenience of guests, our propertry also features Wi-Fi throughout, AC in most of the room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The large furnished veranda provides a perfect setting to enjoy the breathtaking sea views while savoring a delicious meal or a glass of wine. Alternatively, you can immerse yourself in the outdoor private jacuzzi, allowing you to unwind and rejuvenate while soaking up the island’s stunning natural beauty.
