Villa Ilios is a beautiful and traditional villa on the beach of Glifa in world famous Antiparos! The villa has been built in a huge plot of land 12.000 sq.m on the sea with a charming construction in the traditional style, with large terraces and a widely planted garden (grapes, olive trees etc) which gives the perfect image for a wonderful holiday home. It consists of the main villa at the entrance of the property and a charming guest house for 2 people in the garden.
 
The main villa has been built in one storey (ground floor, there are only 4 steps inside) and it is very bright. It consists of an entrance hall with 4 steps leading to a pleasant and spacious living room with air conditioning and nice view of the sea and the garden. The large window viewing the sea looks like a portrait!
It also has a living room and dining area with TV in the lounge. A nice stone wall arch opens on a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a separate entrance which leads you to a shaded terrace with beautiful sea view and a lovely lounge area. The dining area also opens directly onto a large terrace to the rear of the house and kitchen with an oven and built barbecue, sink, fridge and washing machine. This area of the villa is very convenient to prepare meals outdoors and enjoy the joys of barbecue. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning, the second bedroom has two single beds (could be easily connected) and the third a double bed. There are also two bathrooms with shower. In the living room there are two single sofa beds for two more people.
 
In the garden of the villa, located an independent studio for 2 extra people. This beautiful decorated studio consists of a large air-conditioned room with open plan kitchenette (fridge, small topped hotplates), extended by a sleeping area (2 single beds, easily joined to a double) with corner fireplace, bathroom with shower and TV.
